CIM provides a variety of process improvement services either as stand-alone projects or coupled as part of a technology implementation. Our professionals will work with stakeholders to understand the current process, identify gaps, inefficiencies and other opportunties for improvement and redesign the process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
When part of a technology implementation, CIM will work with business owners to gain agreement on priorities and to articulate key functional and business requirements of technology solutions to be implemented. We will liase with both business and technology partners to ensure technology solutions meet business needs while avoiding risks.
