Viraj is the founder and Managing Director of CIM.  With over twenty years of management and consulting experience in a wide number of industries, Viraj has focused CIM on the development of organizational strategy together with operations support to ensure effective execution.  

She has previously held leadership positions in Deloitte's Strategy and Operations consulting practice and in Industry with senior level responsibility for planning, operational management and fiscal results. 

She has worked with senior management teams and operational managers to facilitate strategic and implementation planning and process optimization.  She has also conducted operational reviews and assisted organizations in developing performance measurement scorecards to drive organizational performance.
